This instrument mainly uses visible light source, 430nm blue light source and 395nm violet light source to irradiate the measured transparent substance, the sensor detects the incident light intensity of the three light sources and the light intensity after passing through the measured transparent substance, the ratio of the transmitted light intensity to the incident light intensity is the transmittance, expressed as a percentage, 1-transmittance = blocking rate.
