Introduction

JL-A302 loose density Tester is a general-purpose powder loose density testing instrument. According to GB/T 16913-2008 dust physical properties test method (natural accumulation method) standard research and development, the funnel pore size is 12.7mm, the volume of the graduated cylinder is 100ml, which is used to test the loose density of powder powder and granular materials.

Application

It is used for the detection of loose density of powder and granular materials in the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, industrial chemistry, energy batteries, scientific research institutions, quality inspection institutions and other related powders.

Instrument structure

  • Funnel - The funnel is made of stainless steel 304, and its inner surface has been carefully and specially polished, smooth and easy to clean, and has sufficient wall thickness and hardness, durable and wear-resistant and not easy to deform.

  • Brackets, Bases – Brackets are used to hold the funnel, and bases are used to mount brackets and graduated cylinders. The funnel is mounted to the holder and the graduated cylinder is placed in the middle of the base to collect the powder.

  • Graduated cylinder - This device is equipped with a stainless steel (304 material) measuring cylinder with a volume of 100ml. The distance between the funnel flow outlet and the upper edge of the graduated cylinder is 115mm.

  • Steel ruler and stopper rod - both made of stainless steel, durable and easy to clean.

  • Balance (need to be provided by the user) with an accuracy of 0.02g.

Operating Environment

Environmental requirements: Relative Humidity is less than 85%, no condensation.
