Microwave power automatic frequency conversion control
The new frequency conversion technology is used to convert the 50Hz power frequency to 10000~30000Hz variable frequency through the frequency converter, which replaces the high-Voltage transformer used in the traditional microwave reactor, and solves the technical defect of frequent damage to the transformer caused by the impact of the high-Voltage transformer by the spike pulse when the traditional microwave reactor accurately controls the temperature. According to the real-time temperature change data detected by the Pt100 sensor, the polarity of the reaction substance, the change of heat capacity, the reaction time and other changes in the mathematical model, the MCU adaptively adjusts the PID and automatically controls the microwave output power with frequency conversion, so as to accurately control the temperature.
Magnetic stirring of digital display speed
The bottom of the microwave reaction chamber is equipped with magnetic stirring, using high-temperature samarium cobalt magnet, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 °C, long-term use without loss of magnetism, stepless speed regulation, speed digital display.
Open reaction system
According to the reaction conditions, the user can arbitrarily install a standard reaction vessel (volume of 100-500ml) and condensation reflux, dropping, rehydration and water separation devices, and at the same time equipped with protective gas inlet.
