Planetary Degassing Mixer (YJT300) is an economical experimental mixing and dispersing instrument used for rapid mixing and grinding of dispersed materials in a closed system, which can replace manual dispersion, avoid human interference factors, and has the added advantage of no contamination, enabling users to mix and disperse materials directly into syringes or test bottles.
The main areas of application are the dispersion of high-viscosity adhesives, cosmetics, pigments, coatings, inks and the pharmaceutical industry, where all mixing processes are visible, and solid/liquid (floating), liquid, liquid (paste, from low to high viscosity), solid/solid (powder/powder, non-contaminating) materials are detected and dispersed.
The working principle of the planetary degassing mixer is to rotate the high-speed mixing arm in one direction and the basket in the opposite direction (hence the name of the equipment is planetary degassing mixer). This combination of forces on different planes is used to achieve incredibly fast mixing, and the delicate construction of each machine balances it for amazingly quiet operation.
