Design of 750 × 600 × 600mm specifications of the studio, to achieve 50~600 ℃ Temperature range, XCT-2AS with +/- 0.5 ℃ temperature control accuracy, fluctuation of +/- 5% ℃, using digital smart temperature controller.

Scope of application

It is widely used in the drying, heat treatment and heating of test products in industrial and mining, scientific research, jade processing and other units, but it is not suitable for volatile, flammable and explosive items, so as not to cause explosion.

Warn! Flammable, explosive and volatile materials are strictly forbidden to be put into the box for heating and drying, for high-value materials to heat, it is better to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, double insurance to ensure that the material will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box and the temperature is too high.

Structural features

• The inner tank is reinforced with thickened 304 stainless steel, which is not easy to deform at high temperature, anti-acid and alkali corrosion, and the shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed;

• Digital display intelligent PID temperature control, reduce the phenomenon of flushing temperature, with timing and over-temperature alarm functions;

• The door is a double-layer insulation material door seal, which can effectively insulate and prevent heat loss, and effectively save energy;

• The heating parts and fans are made of high-temperature resistant materials and have a long service life;

• The maximum effective temperature can reach 600 degrees Celsius, which is better than the general conventional maximum of 500 degrees Celsius, and the temperature range is wider.
