MMT-2000 Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector Demonstrator is a special product designed and developed for the demonstration needs of teaching and training institutions. Its innovative combined modular structure highly integrates the functions of each part, with small size, light weight and easy installation. It is suitable for teaching and demonstration of magnetic particle flaw detection in classrooms and laboratories. It solves many drawbacks such as large size and difficult to move of the traditional large-scale magnetic particle flaw Detector. Compatible with 220V conventional and 380V industrial Voltages, circumferential and longitudinal magnetization, and can also be used for contact method (strut probe). It is widely used in the detection of cracks and slag inclusions caused by forging, quenching, grinding, fatigue and other small ferromagnetic workpieces such as bolts, pins, bushings, gears, ring gears, etc. It is a wise choice for education, teaching and training institutions.
