Product Overview

CJE series miniature magnetic yoke flaw Detector is based on the traditional magnetic particle flaw Detector with improved design, small size, light weight, safe and reliable, can be connected to AC and DC power supply for charging, DC power supply using rechargeable battery, to solve the disadvantage of traditional magnetic particle flaw Detector power supply inconvenience. It is suitable for field and special workpieces that are not convenient to connect to 220V power supply, and is a professional precision instrument for magnetic particle flaw detection of various steel structures, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and various types of welded structures on the surface of ferromagnetic materials in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and other industries.

Instrument features:

  • According to the magnetic interaction between the leakage magnetic field and the magnetic particle, the shape, location, size and severity of the defect can be intuitively displayed, and the nature of the defect can be determined.

  • CJE-12/220 is a dual-purpose magnetic particle flaw Detector with AC and DC power supply as a rechargeable battery, which is suitable for field and special workpieces that are not convenient to connect to 220v power supply.

  • CJE-12/220 can work continuously for more than 6 hours on a single charge and have a long standby time;

  • The AC power supply adopts 220V power supply direct input, which does not need other instrument support, which is convenient to operate, simple, light weight and easy to carry;
