MT-1C portable magnetic particle flaw Detector uses large-capacity lithium battery pack power supply, and the direct current provided by the rechargeable battery is processed by frequency conversion inverter and signal phase shift, providing magnetized power supply for the magnetic particle flaw Detector, which solves the drawbacks of the traditional magnetic particle flaw Detector relying on 220V power supply; Low power consumption, one charge can work continuously for more than 4 hours, and the battery can be charged online and offline. It is especially suitable for field flaw detection and aerial work without power supply in the field, and it realizes the innovation of magnetic particle flaw detection.

Operating Principle

If there are defects (cracks, folds, inclusions, etc.) on the surface of the object or near the surface, the magnetic field lines will produce magnetic leakage near these defects, and when the magnetic particle with good magnetic permeability (usually magnetic iron oxide powder) is applied to the object, the leakage magnetic field near the defect will attract the magnetic particle, accumulate to form visible magnetic particle traces, and form visible magnetic traces under suitable lighting, so as to show the position, size, shape and severity of continuity to display the defect.
