Application of the product

High-shear emulsifiers are efficient, fast, and uniform distribution of one phase or phases to another successive phase, which is usually insoluble in each other. Transstator classification

Long bore stator head (standard): Suitable for rapid crushing of medium solid particles and mixing of medium viscosity liquids, long bore provides maximum area and good circulation for surface shear. Stator head size 10 cm.

Round bore stator head: suitable for low-viscosity liquid mixing, its shear rate is the largest, suitable for the preparation of emulsions and the crushing and dissolution of small particles in liquids. The size of the stator head is 10 cm.
