Product Introduction

HS-E type Hardness Tester is suitable for the hardness measurement of medium hard elastomers, rubber or microporous materials, such as industrial rubber rollers, sealing strips, shoe soles, harder elastomers, etc., more suitable for thinner or curved specimens, material hardness > 90HA, <20HD is recommended to use this type of Hardness Tester. The Hardness Tester can be used handheld or with a fixed load test bench. Equipped with dedicated host computer operation software, it can be connected to the computer to do data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions. It is widely used in various quality testing, physical experiments, engineering testing and other fields.

This Hardness Tester is performed in accordance with the American ASTM D2240 standard, corresponding to Type E Hardness Tester.

Key features:

  • LCD screen display, more intuitive readings

  • Real-time mode: real-time change of test hardness value display

  • Peak mode: Records the peak hardness during the test

  • Automatic timing mode: the force holding time during the test process can be set (e.g., the hardness value is read after the vulcanized rubber force is maintained for 3 seconds, and the hardness value is read after the thermoplastic rubber force is maintained for 15 seconds).

  • Average mode: The number of trials can be set

  • Auto shutdown function

  • Host software: Chinese WINDOWS interface

The test results are displayed in a variety of coordinate curves: real-time hardness value-time, hardness peak-number of times, and chronograph hardness value-times

Qualified judgment: In addition to automatically obtaining test results, qualified judgments can also be made according to the qualified range of preset standard values

Automatic storage: Experimental data and curves are automatically stored in the computer, and the number of storage is unlimited
