1. Static drip method.

The balancing process can also be photographed or videotaped regularly during the test, and then the system change process can be analyzed.
2. Increase and decrease droplet method.
Due to the existence of inhomogeneity on the solid surface, it is sometimes necessary to measure the dynamic contact angle to analyze the hysteresis phenomenon of the contact angle, and this instrument can measure the forward angle by continuously increasing the droplet volume or continuously decreasing the droplet volume to measure the backward angle.
3. Tilting plate method (JY-PHd type)
JY-PHd type function, its stage can be electrically rotated (fixed angle rotation and constant speed rotation) to form an inclination angle, and the droplet tilts to one side under the action of gravity until it rolls, which can determine the forward and retreat angles of the droplet.
Automated contact angle analysis
Elliptic fitting automatic division: Using machine vision technology, the baseline and droplet contours are automatically identified, and the quadratic curve fitting calculation is carried out based on the Laplace equation to obtain the contact angle value. The effect of gravity on the shape of the droplet is reduced, and the human test error is eliminated. Fully automatic testing can be achieved for images with obvious baseline features, and the baseline position needs to be manually specified for images with obvious baseline features.
The polynomial part of the contour is automatically analyzed, and the test results are directly displayed on the picture after taking a photo.
Automated surface tension analysis
The standard method of hanging droplet test in "SY-T 5370 Surface and Interfacial Tension Determination Method" is used to automatically identify the droplet profile and perform automatic surface tension calculation.
Automatic injection
The JY_PHd model adopts an automatic microsampler, which can be equipped with multiple microsamplers to change liquids at any time; It is suitable for scenarios where different liquids are frequently used to characterize solid surfaces or to frequently test the surface tension of different liquids. The injection accuracy is high, and the microsampler is easy to replace.
