QML type coating falling sand abrasion Tester is mainly suitable for measuring the wear resistance of fluorocarbon paint film coated on aluminum alloy building profile substrates. Test environment

Main structure and Principle

QML type coating falling sand wear-resistant testing machine is mainly composed of frame parts (10); hopper parts (8); conduit parts (6); sample rack parts (4) and so on (see the structural diagram).

The Principle of the instrument is that the standard sand freely falls from a specified height through the conduit to scour the paint film on the surface of the sample, and grind until the base material of the test plate with a diameter of 4mm is exposed.
