The testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T5237.5-2000 <Aluminum alloy building profiles, fluorocarbon paint spray profiles>.

Test environment

1. The test should be carried out at room temperature and the Relative Humidity is not more than 80%.

2. Take shelter from the wind during the test.

Main structure and Principle

QML type coating falling sand wear-resistant testing machine is mainly composed of frame parts (10); hopper parts (8); conduit parts (6); sample rack parts (4) and so on (see the structural diagram).

The Principle of the instrument is that the standard sand freely falls from a specified height through the conduit to scour the paint film on the surface of the sample, and grind until the base material of the test plate with a diameter of 4mm is exposed.
