Description

SH05-3G constant temperature magnetic stirrer adopts single-chip microcomputer control, which is an improved version of the company's SH05-3 constant temperature magnetic stirrer, which changes the old tradition of setting with potentiometer knob, and uses the touch button to digitally set the stirring speed, heating temperature, Timer Setting, etc., which maintains the brushless DC motor drive, stable speed, accurate temperature control, and more convenient to use.

SH05-3G thermostatic magnetic stirrer adopts dual automatic temperature control of Heating Plate temperature and liquid temperature, due to the large variables of the conditions used by users, such as the flatness of the bottom of the container, the size of the contact area with the Heating Plate, whether the container is glass or stainless steel, how much stirring capacity, the setting temperature and so on. It will affect the temperature control accuracy, so the machine sets the temperature difference from 1~300, which can be set by the user.

How to use:

1. Place the SH05-3G thermostatic magnetic stirrer steadily, connect the power cord, connect the temperature sensor to the two binding posts behind the machine, place the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the Heating Plate, and put a stirring bar, insert the temperature sensor into the liquid medicine, plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch, the speed indicator light is on, and the original set speed is displayed digitally;

2. Speed setting: press the setting button once, the number flashes, use the rise or fall key to set the required speed, when the speed is higher than 999, the decimal is lit, indicating that the display number is × 10 times;

3. Time setting: Press the setting button once, the time indicator light is on, use the up or down button to set the desired time, if you don't need a timer, set the time to "0"

4. Temperature setting: press the setting button once, the temperature indicator light will be on, and use the rise or fall button to set the liquid temperature;

5. Temperature difference setting: press the setting key, the temperature difference indicator light is on, use the rise or fall key to set the required temperature difference, the size of the temperature difference value is directly related to the maximum temperature of the Heating Plate, the maximum temperature of the Heating Plate = liquid set temperature + temperature difference value + (liquid set temperature - liquid measured temperature) × 2, in the working state of stirring heating, press the setting key until the temperature difference indicator light is on, the digital display is the temperature of the Heating Plate, the temperature difference value is set, according to the amount of stirring, the temperature of the liquid is set, The size of the direct contact area between the bottom of the container and the Heating Plate depends on different factors.

6. Press the setting button twice, the speed indicator light will be on, and the speed will be set to show that the speed has been set, and the setting is completed;

7. Press the stirring button, the stirring indicator light will be on, and the stirrer will run from slow to fast until the set speed is reached;

8. Press the heating button once, the heating indicator light is on, the heating starts, and the red heating indicator light is on, indicating that the Heating Plate is energized and heated;

9. The machine can only be heated under the condition of stirring, when the heating indicator light is on, press the heating button again, the heating stops, if you press the stirring button again, the stirring and heating are stopped;

10. Display the current situation: press the setting button, when the speed, time, and temperature indicators are on, the speed, remaining time, and liquid temperature at that time will be displayed respectively (when the heating indicator light is not on, the set temperature will be displayed). When the stirrer is heated, press the setting button until the temperature difference indicator light is on, and the surface temperature of the Heating Plate will be displayed.

11. When the stirring is stopped, press the stirring button again, and the stirrer will run according to the data set last time;

12. The machine is in the working state, press the up or down button to adjust the stirring speed, the digital display is the speed required to adjust when the button is pressed, after the button is released, it will return to the original display state, the stirring speed adjusted in the working state, the machine can not be stored, the next time the machine is turned on, work according to the original stirring speed.

13. SH05-3G Constant temperature magnetic stirrer in addition to the stirring speed can be adjusted in the working state, when other data needs to be set again, you need to turn off the stirring button first, and press the setting key to a light that needs to be re-set.

14. When the agitator reaches the set time, there is an alarm sound;

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;

2. When the SH05-3G constant temperature magnetic stirrer is in use, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full, so as not to overflow the stirring;

3. The temperature of the Heating Plate is very high when it is working, and the power cord and temperature sensor lead wire should be kept away from it, let alone contact;

4. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be unplugged;
