Instructions

1. Place the SH23-2 constant temperature magnetic stirrer stably, put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the working plate (ie electric furnace), put a suitable stirring bar in the beaker, and make it in the center of the beaker, put two Adjust the knob counterclockwise to the minimum, connect the power cord, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, slowly adjust the speed adjustment knob clockwise, so that the stirring bar in the beaker rotates from slow to fast to stir the liquid until the desired The required stirring speed can be displayed digitally.

2. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, turn the button switch on the back of the machine upward, the temperature rise indicator light will be on, the electric furnace will generate heat, and the heating power of the electric furnace is adjusted by the temperature speed knob, and the scale indicates the angular position of the knob.

3. If automatic temperature control is required, the two lead wires of the electric contact mercury thermometer can be connected to the two terminal posts at the back of the machine. The thermometer is inserted into the liquid medicine in the beaker and fixed on the benchmark. When it is heated to the preset temperature, it will automatically stop heating. When the temperature drops below the preset temperature, it will automatically resume heating, so as to achieve automatic temperature control.

Note: The electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when the electric furnace is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace has been turned off, but the remaining heat still heats the liquid to make it warm up, which affects the temperature control accuracy. At this time, the heating power can be appropriately reduced.

4. After use. The power supply should be unplugged, and the appearance should be cleaned after cooling and stored.

Precautions

1. The power socket should have good grounding;

2. The machine should be avoided to be used in a humid environment;

3. When the machine is in use, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full to prevent it from overflowing during stirring;
