Description

The MYP16-2 magnetic stirrer is an upgraded version of the 98-1 magnetic stirrer, which retains the strong stirring force of 98-1, changes the original single-phase brushless DC motor drive, conductive thermometer temperature control is driven by three-phase brushless DC motor, pt100 microcomputer temperature control, the motor speed is stable, the heating is fast, and the temperature control accuracy is higher. And the timing function is added, which displays the stirring speed, temperature, Timer Setting, etc. by digitally.

Operator Panel:

1. Digital display window: the left display window, in the standby state, shows the temperature of the PT100 sensor. In the working state, it can switch between the set temperature of the liquid and the temperature of the sensor, and the right display window shows the stirring speed and Timer Setting.

2. Indicator light: The indicator light is on both sides of the display window, with speed, time, temperature, three function indicators and a heating work indicator, as well as two working indicators of stirring and heating. The function indicator light indicates what the digital means indicated, and the working indicator indicates the working and stopping status, such as when the stirring indicator light is on, the stirrer function starts......

3. Buttons: the setting key is used for setting and switching, the rising key and the descending key are used to modify the setting value, the stirring key is used for stirring start and stop, and the heating key is used for starting and stopping the heating function.

Use:

1. Before use, connect the user's own heater to the special plug (accessory), insert it into the socket behind the machine, and insert the PT100 sensor into the socket behind the machine (the concave and convex mouth is aligned, and the hand is close to the lead, not randomly plugged in, when unplugged, the hand is far away from the end of the lead), put the container, heater, etc., fix the sensor on the benchmark, and insert the liquid at the sensor end, but do not affect the rotation of the stirrer.

2. Setting: When using, the user can set the stirring speed and temperature according to the demand. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch (the switch is on the left side of the panel), and display the temperature of the last set speed with two digital displays, etc.

Press the setting key, the right display window digital jump, press the rise or fall button to set the required stirring speed, and then press the setting key, the timing indicator light is on, the same method to set the time to be timed, (factory set at 9999 minutes) if you do not need timing, you can set it to "0", and then press the setting key, the temperature indicator light is on, set the heating temperature. (When pressing the up or down button, hold down, the number changes quickly, the longer the press time, the faster the change), press the setting key again, the left display 001 or 002 is two temperature control modes, 001 is the silicone oil temperature control mode, 002 is the water temperature control mode, press the down button to exchange 001 and 002. After selecting the temperature control mode, press the setting button again to complete the setting. Press the stirring button, the stirring function starts from slow to fast, and the set data can be saved by power-off, (if the stirring is not started after setting, the setting is invalid.) ）

3. Work operation: After the setting is completed, press the stirring button, the indicator light is on, the stirring function is started, the stirrer is gradually accelerated to the set speed, press the heating jian, the indicator light is on, the heater is energized and heated, the heating indicator light is on, and the left display window displays the temperature measured by the sensor.

When working, press the setting button to switch (left display window) to display the set temperature (the temperature indicator light is not lit) and the remaining time of the timer (the right display window, the timing indicator light is on).

When working, press the up or down button to modify the stirring speed, the modified set speed is displayed when the button is pressed, and the real-time speed is displayed one second after release, and the modified set speed is stable after reaching the modified set speed, but the modified data is only saved before the power failure. The heating function can only be started after the stirring function is started, and the heating will stop naturally when the stirring stops.

The temperature of this machine is controlled by a microcomputer, and the temperature control accuracy is high, but for the sake of safety, it is set with an over-temperature alarm function, and when the temperature exceeds the set temperature by 5 °C, it will alarm and shut down, and the function will not be started under normal circumstances. Once the alarm is called, the power switch should be turned off and the cause should be checked.

In order to ensure the accuracy of temperature control, the sensor is close to the heating tube, but can not be contacted, such as when using an Oil Bath, be sure to use a double-layer magnetic stirring device, and the special stirring bar is raised in the middle and one side is downward. And the silicone oil should be stirred evenly, so that the temperature of the silicone oil in all parts of the container is as consistent as possible.

The heater is provided by the user.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded, and the heater shell should also be grounded;

2. It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the stirrer for trial operation;

3. When using, the liquid medicine in the container should not be overfilled to prevent overflow during stirring.
