Description

Instructions:

1. Test run: place the 96-1 magnetic stirrer stably, connect the power cord, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the built-in indicator light of the switch is on, and turn the knob clockwise, you can hear the motor inside the machine from slow to fast Running sound, after the test run is normal, turn the speed to the lowest and shut down.

2. When using, put the container in the middle of the stirrer, and put in the stirrer, so that the stirrer is in the center, then turn on the machine, adjust the knob, select the required stirring speed, and gradually accelerate or decelerate when adjusting the speed. Note: The container needs to be made of non-ferromagnetic material with a smooth bottom and a thickness not greater than 10mm.

3. If the stirring bar is lost during use, it should be turned off immediately to prevent the stirring bar from demagnetizing.

Precautions:

1. The power supply should be well grounded.

2. The central Φ110mm of the working surface of the agitator should not be able to withstand large pressure.

3. The liquid medicine in the container should not be overfilled, so as not to overflow when stirring.

4. It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the stirrer for trial operation.

5. Due to the strong magnetic force of the large-capacity magnetic stirrer, the friction between the stirrer and the bottom of the container is relatively large. The user should use a container with a small friction coefficient as much as possible, and always pay attention to the wear of the stirrer. If the stirrer is severely worn, The friction will increase, overloading the motor or even stalling and damaging the motor. Therefore, you should always observe the speed during use. If you find that the speed has dropped, suddenly stopped, or it is difficult to start, you should shut down the machine immediately.

6. The higher the rotation speed in use, the faster the agitator will wear out, so the rotation speed should not be too high, as long as the stirring effect can be achieved.
