H01-1D digital display constant temperature magnetic stirrer is a multi-station, digital display constant temperature type, with functions such as digital display temperature automatic control, heating power adjustable, etc., and it is driven by a brushless DC motor with strong stirring force. Each station can operate independently.

Instructions

1. Before use, put the power switch in the off position (the big green switch on the operating surface of the machine is the main power switch, press "○" to turn it off), and turn the speed control knob of each station counterclockwise to OFF , turn the small button switch to the set position, connect the lead wire of the temperature sensor to the terminal post at the back of the machine, and place the stirrer stably;

2. Put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the workbench (that is, the electric furnace), put an appropriate stirring bar in the beaker, and insert the temperature sensor head into the liquid medicine. Plug in the power supply, turn on the main power switch (“I” is pressed to open), and the built-in indicator light of the switch is on (inside the four stations).

3. First turn the speed control knob clockwise to ON and adjust to the required stirring speed, adjust the temperature setting knob until the display window shows the required temperature value, and then turn the small button switch down to measure At this time, the display window shows the temperature measured by the temperature sensor of the station. The temperature rise indicator light is on, and the electric furnace starts to heat. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature rise indicator light is off, and the electric furnace stops heating. If the speed control knob is in the OFF position, all functions of the station will not work;

4. When the electric furnace heats the beaker, if the difference between the measured temperature and the set temperature is > 15°C, the electric furnace will be heated at full power speed. Adjusted by the pressure regulating knob, the heating power can be continuously adjusted from 20-350W with the pressure regulating knob, and the capacity can be adjusted according to the heating temperature. , generally adjusted at the beginning, if the temperature rises slowly or does not reach the set temperature during the heating process, please turn the heating Voltage knob clockwise to increase, if the temperature rises too fast and exceeds the set temperature during the heating process If the temperature is high, the heating Voltage knob should be turned down counterclockwise (the key to constant temperature lies in stable heating and heat dissipation);

5. If you do not need to heat but want to measure the temperature, please adjust the temperature setting knob to be lower than the room temperature, and turn the setting measurement switch down (measurement position);

6. After using the H01-1D digital constant temperature magnetic stirrer, unplug the power supply, clean the appearance after cooling, and keep it properly.

1. The power socket should have good grounding;

2. When in use, the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow when stirring.
