Description

Chijiu/Meiyingpu S312-60 constant speed agitator adopts three-phase AC induction motor, imported frequency converter speed regulation, motor distance is not affected by speed, large chassis, three columns, multi-slider has a wider application surface, and the speed is digitally displayed.

Instrument installation

1. Insert the vertical rod into the base hole and tighten the M6 set screw;

2. Install the motor bracket into the mounting hole of the upper slider;

3. Put the electrical box on the top of the pole and tighten the set screw;

4. Connect the plug on the motor with the socket under the inverter box, and when connecting, you need to align the position (concave and convex groove alignment), push the back of the plug a little harder, and hear a "click" sound, which means that it has been locked.

5. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch, and adjust the knob to select the appropriate speed.

6. Loosen the left and right knobs of the upper slider to adjust the up, down, front and back positions of the motor, the middle slider can adjust the up, down, left and right positions of the bottle clamp, and the lower slider can adjust the up, down, left and right positions of the tray.

7. The diameter of the standard glass stirring rod is generally 6-6.5cm, insert it into the chuck hole, tighten the chuck with both hands, and it can be used. If the stirring rod is thin, you can add appropriate tape and then insert the chuck.

Directions for use

1. After the stirring rod is clamped, you need to rotate it by hand to see if the concentricity is not good, you should release the heavy clamp, and then turn on the power supply after clamping and gradually accelerate from slow to fast.

2. If the stirring rod itself can be guided, a section of rubber pipe can be used to connect the stirring rod with the motor shaft softly, and the torque can be transmitted.

3. The temperature rise of the motor shell is allowed to be 45 °C, that is, the temperature of the shell is not more than 75 °C in summer. If the temperature of the motor rises more than 45°C, most of the reasons are caused by overload, and the temperature rise can be reduced by reducing the stirring rod flaps and increasing the speed. (The motor has the highest temperature rise at medium speed)

4. The motor is overheated, most of which is caused by too heavy load, please pay attention to the rotation diameter of the stirring rod fins. 40W: 4-6cm 60W: 4-6cm 90W: 6-9cm When the viscosity of the liquid is large, the fins are appropriately reduced.

Precautions

1. The power supply needs to be connected to a three-pin socket with protective grounding to ensure safety.

2. When inserting or unplugging the seven-core motor plug, the power supply needs to be cut off;

3. The agitator should be placed on a flat workbench;

4. The S312-60 constant speed agitator runs for a long time at the lowest speed, and the motor is easy to heat, so try to avoid working for a long time at low speed.

5. If the indicator light does not light up after the power is turned on, please check whether the fuse at the bottom of the inverter is broken, and replace it according to the original specifications.
