Install before use

 Before use, the console should be installed on the fuselage, pay attention to the direction when installing, first insert the two aviation plugs of the console into the socket of the fuselage, and then connect the console and the fuselage.

Instructions

1. Test run: place the mixer stably, connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, the built-in indicator light of the switch is on, and the digital display is "0000", adjust the knob clockwise, the digital display speed, after the test run is normal, adjust the speed to the lowest Then shut down.

2. When using, put the container in the middle of the stirrer, and put the stirring bar in the center, then turn on the machine, adjust the knob, select the required stirring speed, and gradually accelerate or decelerate when adjusting the speed.

Note: The container needs to be made of non-ferromagnetic materials, and it cannot be made of copper or aluminum. The bottom must be smooth, and the thickness of the bottom should be between 1.5-10mm. If it is too thin, a layer of 3mm laminated wood can be placed under the container. , if it is too thick, the stirring capacity should be appropriately reduced.

3. If the stirring bar is lost during use, it should be turned off immediately to prevent the stirring bar from demagnetizing.

Precautions

1. The power supply should have good grounding;

2. The Φ150mm in the center of the working surface of the agitator cannot bear large pressure concentratedly.

3. It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the stirrer for trial operation; and do not start the machine when the container is not filled with liquid medicine.

4. If you use a glass container, you need to put the stirrer into the container first, and then put the container on the stirrer. If you put the glass container first and then throw the stirrer into the container, the glass container is easy to break due to the magnetic attraction;

5. Due to the strong magnetic force of the H01-2A 100L floor-standing stirrer, the friction between the stirrer and the bottom of the container is relatively large. The user should try to use a container with a small friction coefficient, and should always pay attention to the wear of the stirrer. The force will increase, overloading the motor or even stalling and damaging the motor. Therefore, you should always observe the display of the speed during use. If you find that the speed has dropped, suddenly stopped or difficult to start, etc., you should shut down the machine immediately.

6. The machine is equipped with casters for easy movement, but it is only allowed to move a short distance on smooth ground when it is fully loaded;

In particular, users are reminded that the stirring speed should not be adjusted too high (just enough to achieve the stirring effect), the higher the speed, the faster the stirring bar will wear out.
