Roller type wet film thickness gauge is a measurement tool for measuring the thickness of wet film coating of various paints, varnishes, etc. The thickness gauge can not only be measured on a flat substrate, but also on a curved substrate, with high measurement accuracy .
The measuring range of this thickness gauge is 0-50μm, 0-100μm, 0-200μm, 0-500μm, 50-250μm, 200-700μm and other specifications, and can also be customized according to customer requirements.

(1) Immediately after the coating is applied, place the roller-type wet film thickness gauge firmly on the working surface, so that the reference planes on both sides of the wet film thickness gauge are in contact with the substrate at the same time, rotate the wet film thickness gauge for one turn, and then remove it.
(2) Observe the position where the middle circumferential surface of the wet film thickness gauge contacts the paint, and the maximum value corresponding to the scale on the end face is the wet film thickness to be applied.
(3) Use the same method to measure several times and take the average value, so that more representative results can be obtained.
Note: After using the wet film thickness gauge, clean the wet film gauge, dry it and store it in a wooden box to prevent moisture.
