Japan's OSP coating rod is an extruded coating rod. OSP-00 coating rod can coat a film with a thickness of 0 μm to achieve ultra-thin film coating. OSP coating rods have three lengths: L60, L250, and L400, among which L60 and L250 can be equipped with coating handles, which can easily coat the film, reduce force errors, and force evenly. OSP extrusion coating rod adopts a special cold extrusion process to process the steel rod into a coating rod with continuous grooves. There is no worry about broken wires, and it is very convenient to clean. The coating film accuracy is 1μm.
