Introduction

MODERNER KTQ-50 Adjustable Film Applicator is a Film Applicator that can adjust the film thickness. There are two differentiators above the adjustable Film Applicator. By adjusting the two differentiators of the Film Applicator, it can be adjusted up and down. The scraper below is used to control the gap, the size of the gap is the thickness of the final coating. The scraper gap is in units of 10 microns, and the coating film ranges from 0 to 3500 and 0 to 5000. Different adjustable Film Applicators have different dimensions and weights.

operation method

1) Before using the adjustable Film Applicator, you should check whether it is adjusted to the "0" position. If it is not at the "0" position, you should adjust the adjustable Film Applicator to "0" on the parallel plate. When adjusting to "0", rotate The two differentiators above make the bottom of the scraper and the bottom of the two side plates on the same plane. At this time, the counts of the two differentiators should be the same, and the "0" scale at the upper end of the differentiator is aligned with the scale line at the lower end.

2) Rotate the differentiator to adjust the scraper to the required gap, that is, the required coating thickness. Then hold the two sides of the board and scrape on the sample board to prepare the required coating.

3) After using the Film Applicator, wash and dry the Film Applicator with an appropriate solvent.

4) Adjust the scraper so that the spring is in a relaxed state to reduce the fatigue of the spring. Store the adjustable Film Applicator in a wooden box to protect it from moisture.
