




Yante YT-ABST automatic smoothness is an intelligent paper and cardboard smoothness performance testing instrument newly designed and developed according to the Principle of the internationally accepted Buick Bekk smoothness meter. The mechanical design of the instrument cancels the traditional lever-weighted hammer structure for manually applying pressure, innovatively uses a cam plus a spring, and uses a synchronous motor to automatically rotate and load the standard pressure. Greatly reduce the size and weight of the instrument. It is used to measure the surface smoothness of paper and cardboard, and it is a satisfactory testing equipment for papermaking, packaging, printing, commodity inspection, scientific research and other departments.

Stepper motor and high-precision load cell are used to make the paper pressing smooth and without impact, and the paper pressing force is more accurate (accuracy 100±0.5kPa). Note: directly impact the sample with a weight or a weight lever mechanism, causing damage to the sample; other domestic (CN) automatic smoothness meters use a spring pressure mechanism, the pressure is inaccurate due to spring fatigue, and the spring will change with time varies with the thickness of the sample.
Imported oil-free Vacuum Pump is adopted, no long-term maintenance such as refueling is required.
The motherboard adopts new technology and new design, and the CPU adopts 32-bit ARM processor, which improves the processing speed of the instrument and makes the calculation data more accurate and fast.
It adopts 5-inch color touch screen, Chinese display and touch buttons, making the operation easy to understand.
Using precise air flow detection technology, the instrument automatically recognizes the required range of the sample to be tested, and automatically switches the range; and according to different samples, the air release speed is precisely controlled to ensure that the sample is pre-compressed for 60 seconds according to the national standard.
It adopts thermal printing core, no need to use ink and ribbon, no noise when working, and fast printing speed.
The instrument is equipped with a standard RS232 interface, which can communicate with computer software (purchased separately).
