Japan OSP-02 coating rod is a kind of extruded coating rod. The wet film thickness of the coating film is 2μm, and it is divided into three lengths: 60mm, 250mm, and 400mm. Among them, the 60mm length coating rod is the shorter one. Type coating rod, which solves the problem of some users' demand for small coating width, saves cost and reduces waste. The 400mm length of the OSP coating rod has a handle part of 50mm at both ends, and the 250mm and 60mm have no handle part, and the handle can be purchased separately for matching coating.

The wire rod can be prepared for 1.5 micron ultra-thin film. Everyone must know it, but another advantage of it is multi-layer film, which is much better than I-shaped film applicator. But multi-layer film tests the flatness of the previous layers of film drying. Generally, the film thickness (such as less than 10 microns/layer) is too thin to control. The wire rod with Film Applicator is a very good solution, eliminating the problem of uneven pressure and speed of hand scraping.
