CJQ-II Paint Film Impactor
It is mainly used to test the damage degree of paint film after impact, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation.
A fixed-weight weight weight is applied to the test plate of the sample to be measured at a certain height, and the impact force is expressed in kg.cm.
The impactor consists of a sturdy base with a conduit holder attached to a catheter body with a slit and a shaft coil suitable for heavy loads in between
Guide the cylindrical weight to fall, with a marked height next to it to indicate the reading corresponding to the weight falling.
The impact height of the Type 2702 is 0-50 cm, and the impact height of the Type 2703 impactor is 0-100 cm.
The base of the instrument contains a die base support, and the punch should be sized to fit the die base.
This is important to prevent shear forces on the internal edges of the die holder.
