The measured viscosity range is 53-141KU, which can be used to measure the viscosity of paint and other coatings expressed by KU value. QNZ Stormer viscometer is powered by AC 220V to support the measurement work of the viscometer, which can visually display the KU value of the viscosity of the measured sample, or the load value (unit: g) associated with the KU value.

QNZ Stormer viscometer is controlled by microcomputer. The stirring blade is driven by a special constant speed motor with a rotation speed of 200 rpm, and the resistance torque of the stirring blade rotating in the sample to be tested is converted by the computer to the KU value (Krebs Krebs unit (KU) to generate 200 rpm A logarithmic function of the load required per minute speed, generally used to express the viscosity of brush coating and roller coating). The experimenter can directly read the KU value of the sample or the associated load value from the QNZ Stormer Viscometer by putting the operator's stirring blade into the sample to the specified depth, without needing to look up the table.

JinKeLian QNZ Stormer viscometer uses the moment generated by the weight of the weight to pass through a set of mechanical transmission system to drive the paddle-type rotor to rotate. Change the weight of the weight to make the paddle-shaped rotor rotate against the resistance of the paint. When the speed reaches 200r/min, a basically stable bar pattern can be seen on the strobe timer. At this time, the weight of the weight can be converted into the viscosity value of the paint under test, that is, the KU value (Table 1).

4. The paddle is the sensor connected to the instrument. When the paddle is rotating, please do not pinch the paddle with your hands, otherwise it will damage the sensor and cause measurement errors.
5. The JinKeLian QNZ Stormer viscometer is guaranteed for one year. If the instrument is damaged due to improper use, or the JinKeLian QNZ Stormer viscometer is damaged by man-made, it is not covered by the warranty.
6. Come to the company regularly for inspection once a year, or send it to the relevant metrology supervision department for inspection once a year.
