Introduction:

"DECO-PBM-V-20L" vertical planetary ball mill is a large-scale planetary ball mill for industrial production, with a total grinding volume of 20L and a processing capacity of 20-40 kg, which can crush, grind, homogenize and mix various products such as soil materials, hard materials, soft materials, acid and alkaline materials, viscous, brittle and liquid materials, and is used in various industries such as chemical industry, ceramics, glass, agriculture, food, metallurgy, minerals and so on.

Operating Principle:

Four ball mill jars are assembled on the planetary disk, when the planetary disc rotates at high speed, the ball mill tank moves planetarily on the central axis, and the grinding ball in the ball mill tank violently collides and rubs the material in the high-speed movement, so that the material is fully crushed, homogenized and mixed. According to the different properties of the grinding materials, various grinding methods such as dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, low temperature grinding, and inert gas grinding can be selected for grinding;
