JinKeLian NDJ-8S viscometer is a Digital Rotational Viscometer with a measuring viscosity range of 1 to 2Ã10 6 mpa.s. It is powered by AC power and is equipped with four standard rotors and provides a variety of adjustable speeds.
NDJ-8S viscometer adopts LCD backlight display and has the functions of stable rotation speed, good accuracy, programmed design, easy operation, error alarm and other functions. The screen directly displays viscosity, rotation speed, percentage torque, rotor number and temperature of the liquid being measured. and other information. The NDJ-8S digital viscometer's full range and linearity of each gear are all measured and calibrated through the PC interface. Its measurement performance and functions have reached the domestic (CN) professional level of the same type.
The NDJ-8S viscometer can measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids or use viscometer data processing software to accurately measure or comprehensively analyze the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.

NDJ-8S series rotary digital display viscometer is an intelligent viscosity testing instrument controlled by a chip computer and capable of data collection, processing and display. The digital viscometer controls the stepper motor to run accurately and smoothly according to the set speed, and drives the rotor to rotate through the hairspring. When the rotor is not subject to resistance, the rotor and the motor rotate synchronously; when the rotor is subject to resistance from the liquid being measured, the rotation of the rotor will lag behind the motor. When the tension of the hairspring and the liquid resistance are balanced, the opening angle of the rotor lagging behind the motor is fixed. By measuring the opening angle, based on the set speed and rotor, the microcontroller calculates the viscosity of the liquid being measured and displays it on the LCD.
Compared with similar viscometers, the NDJ-8S series digital viscometer has the advantages of easy operation, high measurement accuracy, stable rotation speed, and wide operating Voltage range. It can be widely used to measure the viscosity of solvent-based adhesives, latex, biochemical products, paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, pulp, starch, food, etc.

There is no strong electromagnetic interference, severe vibration, or corrosive gas near the product.
1. Since viscosity is a function of temperature, when the JinKeLian NDJ-8S viscometer works at room temperature, the temperature deviation should be controlled within ±0.1℃, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the measurement. A constant temperature bath is necessary.
2. Keep the rotor surface clean.
3. Since the hairspring has a certain linear area, please pay attention to the opening angle percentage when measuring. The value should be between 20% and 85%. When the opening angle percentage is too high or too low, the rotor should be replaced or the speed should be changed. Otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
4. Care should be taken when loading and unloading the rotor. Lift the universal joint slightly upward and do not use excessive force. Do not allow the rotor to receive lateral force, and never pull the rotor downward to avoid damaging the shaft tip.
5. The universal connector should be kept clean.
6. The JinKeLian NDJ-8S viscometer should be lowered slowly, and it is better to hold it with your hands to avoid vibration damage to the axis.
7. When transporting or moving the JinKeLian NDJ-8S viscometer, the universal connector should be covered with a protective cap.
8. Suspensions, emulsions, polymer materials and certain high-viscosity liquids are "non-Newtonian" liquids, and their apparent viscosity values ââhave a non-linear relationship with shear speed. Therefore, different rotors, different rotation speeds and As the measurement time changes, the viscosity measurement values ââmay be inconsistent. This does not mean that the JinKeLian NDJ-8S viscometer test is incorrect.
