technical features

Steps

In the first step, the paint is applied to a metal plate with a width of 35mm (1.38 inches) and a thickness of 0.3mm (12mil).

In the second step, the film is carefully applied and baked to ensure good reproducibility.

In the third step, during the test of the QTY-32 cylindrical bending tester, bend the painted sample to 180 degrees evenly within 1-2 seconds.

The fourth step, starting from the largest radius cylinder axis, decreases the radius test until the coating can be seen to break.
