Steps

—Place a certain filter paper on the surface of the paint film to be tested, and gently place the instrument on the surface of the filter paper. —After 30 seconds, remove the drying Tester and turn the sample over. —Tap a few times with your fingers. If the filter paper can fall freely and the filter paper fibers are not stuck on the surface of the paint film, the paint film is considered to be completely dry. 1.
