




JinKeLian JKGZ-60 mirror gloss meter is a portable single-angle mirror gloss meter. The measured gloss angle is 60° and the display range is 0.0~199.9Gs. JKGZ-60 mirror gloss meter is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO-2813 standards, with small size and high precision. JKGZ-60 mirror gloss meter is suitable for measuring the mirror gloss of coatings, paints, inks, plastics, stones, floors, wooden furniture surfaces, etc.
1. Turn on the instrument switch and press the button to test the angle.
2. Calibration: Open the standard plate box, place the black glass standard plate with the bright side facing up on a flat table, align the "inverted triangle" mark positioned in the center of the instrument with the center of the inner edge of the groove, and adjust the adjustment knob to make the instrument read. It is the nominal value of the black glass standard plate (see the corresponding angle data in the standard plate box).
3. Calibration: Use a calibrated instrument to measure the white ceramic plate (align the "inverted triangle" mark at the center of the instrument with the center of the inner edge of the groove) and the displayed value of the corresponding angle should not be greater than the nominal value of the white ceramic standard plate ±1.2 Gloss unit, otherwise the surface cleanliness of the black and white standard plate should be checked, or the instrument may be malfunctioning. If the instrument is working properly, this work does not need to be performed frequently.
4. Measurement: Use calibrated instruments to measure the sample being tested.
5. When measuring from different angles, please follow steps 2-4 above to recalibrate.

1. When moving from a place with a lower temperature to a place with a higher temperature (such as outdoor to indoor in winter), please wait for a while before taking the measurement. (Because the surface of optical lenses will fog up when moving from a place with low temperature to a place with high temperature)
2. Please do not measure in an environment where the object under test is exposed to direct sunlight to avoid affecting the measurement value.
3. When using a small hole gloss meter to measure a curved surface object, in order to ensure that the small hole is completely covered, you can slowly cover the measured object along the tangent of the measured curved surface until the measured object is no longer visible. The light spot on the measuring hole (the white light spot illuminated by the measuring hole on the object to be measured) is enough.
