■Weigh the completely clean, dry cup (all components) and record the weight.
■Unscrew handle A counterclockwise and remove the pressure relief housing.
■Remove the pressure release cap B
■By unscrewing handle D counterclockwise, unscrew piston C, but leave it inside the cup
■ Fill the cylinder with the sample (almost full). Make sure the experiment temperature is correct.
■Cover the pressure relief cover B, install the pressure relief shell, and press the cover into place. Confirm that the lid is on the center line of the cup body, turn the handle A clockwise until the pressure is released
■Let the pressure cup and sample stand for 30 minutes to allow their temperature to equilibrate.
■Tightly hold the cup body, and slowly turn the handle D clockwise until it is completely pressed down to increase the internal pressure to 10.3 bar. In doing so, the pressure relief housing is directed away from the user, towards a suitable container to collect whatever is squeezed out.
■Effectively dries the outside of the cup by washing out all squeezed out styles.
■ Re-weigh the cup and write down the weight.
■Subtract the weight of the empty cup (1) from the full weight (10) to weigh the model (this is the weight of the 100cc±0.1cc model)
■ Disassemble the cup completely, effectively cleaning all surfaces before the material dries or hardens.
