Japan OSP-12/60 coating film thickness is 12 microns. Japanese OSP coating rods are high-end coating rods among industrial users. L250 and L400 coating rods are high-end coating rods. However, experiments in a small number of industries do not actually require the coating film to reach 250mm, or even 300mm wide coating width, these two lengths of coating will inevitably cause unnecessary waste of cost for those users. After doing a market survey, OSP developed a 60mm long coating stick, with the same precision and the same workmanship, presenting a more affordable coating stick with a higher cost performance.
