How to use dry anti-crack Tester

(1) Connect the D-shaped plug of the host lead wire to the D-shaped socket at the back of the controller.

(2) Use the digital switch on the digital display time relay installed on the controller to set the duration of fan operation. If the duration is not set, turn on the power, the fan will not spin. (For specific operations and precautions, please refer to the manual of the digital time relay attached to this equipment manual.)

(3) Turn on the power (the indicator light is on), the fan starts to run, and the timer starts to count at the same time.

(4) Connect the anemometer probe to the host, and zero it. (For the specific connection method and zero calibration method, please refer to the instruction manual in the fan box)

(5) Insert the probe of the anemometer into the speed measuring holes on both sides of the main engine to measure the wind speed in the wind tunnel, and adjust the "wind force adjustment" knob on the controller to adjust the wind speed to the specified value.

(6) The instrument stops automatically after the time is up. If you want to stop halfway, turn off the power switch directly.

Precautions

1. When pulling out the anemometer probe, it should be noted that the wire at the tail is also retracted into the lumen of the probe. Do not prevent it from entering the lumen of the probe by hand, but keep it free.

2. If the device is not used for a long time, the dry battery in the anemometer should be taken out to prevent it from leaking.

3. For other precautions, please refer to the instructions of the digital display time relay and anemometer.
