BZT non-stick tire time Tester is mainly used for the determination of the drying time of non-stick tires of "room temperature marking coating" and "heating type marking coating" in GM298 "Road Marking Coating".

The operation steps of the BZT non-stick tire time Tester
(1) The sample is coated on the glass sheet (200mmX1 50mmx5mm), and coated into an 80mm wide strip parallel to the short side of the glass sheet, and at the center of the long side. The wet paint film thickness is 200 u m ± 20 u m.
(2) After coating, immediately press the stopwatch, after 1 0 minutes, hold the handle of the Tester with both hands and roll the center of the short end of the self-test board of the Tester to the other end at a constant speed for 1 s, immediately observe whether the tire of the Tester has sticky paint with the naked eye, if there is sticky paint, immediately wipe the tire with a cotton cloth moistened with acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.
(3) After that, the test is repeated every 30s until the tire is not sticky, and the stopwatch is stopped, which is the "non-stick time" of the sample.
Precautions
1. When rolling the instrument, you should gently hold the handle with both hands to avoid any force other than the weight of the instrument on the paint surface.
