BQJ laboratory pneumatic mixer

Operating Principle

The air motor for laboratory air mixer, also known as the air motor, refers to a device that converts the pressure energy of compressed air into rotating mechanical energy. Generally used as a rotating power source for more complex devices or machines. Air motors are classified according to the structure as: vane air motors, piston air motors. A pneumatic actuator in a pneumatic transmission that converts the pressure energy of a compressed gas into mechanical energy and produces a rotational motion. The commonly used air pressure motor is a positive displacement air motor, which uses the volume change of the working cavity to do work, divided into vane type, piston type and gear type, etc. Its function is equivalent to that of an electric motor or a hydraulic motor, that is, the output torque is used to drive the mechanism for rotational motion.
