How to use LG-I Sag Applicator

(1) Prepare the test plate: Use a glass plate with a flat and smooth surface of 200mm×120mm×2~3mm.

(2) Place the test plate flat on the platform, being careful not to slide. Place the instrument on the top of the test plate, stir the sample thoroughly, place a sufficient amount of sample in the opening in front of the instrument, and hold both ends of the instrument with both hands. , move from front to back smoothly and continuously, completing this operation within 2-3 seconds.

(3) Immediately place the coated test panel vertically. When placing it, the strip film should be horizontal and keep "thin at the top and thick at the bottom".

(4) After the surface of the coating film is dry, observe its sagging. If the coating film of this thickness does not flow into the next thickness of film, it means that the coating film of this thickness does not sag.
