WJ-2.2B variable speed mixer (explosion-proof frequency conversion) is a small mixing equipment used for dispersing, blending and stirring various liquid materials in explosion-proof occasions. The variable-speed mixer provides a separate electrical control box and an explosion-proof and anti-corrosion operation button box (installed and connected by the user), using an explosion-proof motor, frequency conversion speed regulation, and has functions such as stirring speed display.

Structure brief

1. WJ-2.2 variable speed mixer (explosion-proof frequency conversion) electrical control adopts explosion-proof motor frequency conversion speed regulation, and operation control adopts explosion-proof button box.

2. The lifting device is composed of a column, a motor bracket, and a counterweight. The motor bracket can be moved up and down by loosening the locking handle on the motor bracket.

3. The stirring device is composed of stirring shaft, bearing sleeve, dispersing blade, etc., and is directly connected with the motor.

4. The barrel clamping device is composed of a barrel gripper, a locking handle, etc.

Operating Instructions for Operation Button Box

Use and maintenance

1) First remove the fixing screws (right side of the column) used for transportation of the main unit of the variable speed mixer.

2) Complete the wiring between the host motor, electrical control box and explosion-proof button box according to the electrical wiring diagram. The connection line is prepared by the user. The electrical control box needs to be installed in a safe place without explosion-proof requirements.

3) When working, press the "Start" button first, then turn the speed control knob to adjust to the desired speed.

4) When shutting down, use the speed control knob to reduce the speed first, and then shut down, so as to avoid the material liquid splashing due to too fast increase in the next startup.

5) Fix the barrel with the clamping device. The material in the bucket should not be too full to avoid splashing when stirring. Material barrel (prepared by the user or ordered separately).

6) Before starting the machine, lock the locking handle on the motor bracket.

7) When not in use for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied to the column.

Users should establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine rules and regulations in accordance with relevant safety regulations before use. Safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials should be established by the user and are not within the scope of this manual.
