The MCQ-I wood impactor is used to determine the impact resistance such as wood-based panels, veneered wood-based panels, and impregnated paper laminated wooden flooring . Applicable to GB/T18102-2000, GB/T17657-1999 and other standards.
The steel ball bracket can be raised and lowered. According to the national standards, the bracket height is 1.75 meters and 1 meter. Gently turn the bracket handle, and the steel ball can fall freely.
1. Adjust the height of the steel ball bracket to 1 meter or 1.75 meters as required.
2. Clamp the sample to be tested on the sample plywood.
3. Place the clamping base plate of the sample on the large base plate of the impactor.
4. Turn the handle of the steel ball holder and hold the steel ball with your hands when it bounces off the sample plate after falling.
5. Measure the sample indentation as required.
