WJ-2.2A high-speed mixer is one of the most suitable equipment for the synthesis, blending and mixing of various liquid materials in laboratories and pilot laboratories. It has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible use, easy maintenance and convenient cleaning. It is widely used in the testing and trial production of chemical products such as coatings, inks, and adhesives to provide basic data for large-scale production and provide scientific process basis for scientific research.
1. WJ-2.2A high-speed mixer adopts infinitely variable speed. The speed of the mixer can be directly displayed and adjusted by the speed knob.
2. The lifting device consists of columns, brackets and counterweights. Loosen the locking bolt on the bracket and the bracket can move up and down.
3. The transmission device consists of a main shaft, a coupling, and a stirring blade, and is directly connected to the motor.
4. The clamping device consists of a clamping frame and a locking handle.
1) First remove the fixing screws used for transportation.
2) Since the WJ-2.2A variable speed mixer draws a large current when running, the cross-sectional area of ââthe wire between the socket and the main power supply needs to be above 2mm2. (If the cross-sectional area of ââthe wire is less than 2mm2, it will easily generate heat and cause an accident.)
3) When turning on the machine, first press the "Start" button, then turn the speed adjustment knob to the desired speed.
Note: The starting current of the WJ-2.2A variable speed mixer is relatively large. It is recommended to use a fuse above 25A. Pay attention to the ammeter. In order to extend the service life of the motor, the current should not exceed 12A when used under load.
4) Before each shutdown, the speed should be adjusted to zero and then press the "Stop" button. Do not press the "Stop" button directly.
5) If overload protection occurs, unplug the power plug and plug it in again until the overload protection indicator light goes out before use.
6) Fix the limit sleeve on the column at the required position.
7) Secure the barrel with a clamping device. The material in the barrel should not be filled too full to avoid splashing when starting the machine.
8) Tighten the locking bolts on the bracket before starting the machine.
9) When not in use for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied to the column.
