Digital Viscometer

SNB series digital viscometer adopts new microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor, LCD backlight display, program setting, automatic control, and has practical functions such as stable speed, good accuracy, easy operation, and error alarm. Information such as viscosity, rotational speed, rotor number, percentage torque, and the temperature of the liquid being measured is displayed directly on the screen. The instrument is all measured and corrected by standard silicone oil for the full scale and linearity of each block through the PC interface to ensure that the instrument has high sensitivity, high precision and high repeatability. The measured data is accurate, reliable and reproducible.

Features

(1) The viscosity value of the tested sample is directly displayed on the LCD screen, without manual calculation;

(2) Adopt the new international microcomputer drive technology, imported synchronous feed motor, LCD backlight display;

(3) Adopt professional switching power supply design, wide working power supply range, and the fluctuation of mains power does not affect the measurement accuracy;

(4) The whole machine is designed to be easy to operate;

(5) SNB-1A special sample adapter for small dose samples. Unlike the commonly used 1~4# rotor that requires a sample volume of 200~400ml, the sample adapter only needs a sample volume of 20ml.

(6) SNB-1A-J type, in addition to all the functions of SNB-1A, is equipped with a high-temperature heating furnace as standard, which can test samples such as hot melt adhesives, polymer materials, asphalt and other samples that need to be melted at high temperatures.

(7) SNB-1/SNB-2 digital viscometer adopts large-screen Chinese backlight LCD display, with viscosity test automatic scanning function, suggesting a good combination of rotor and speed, the test is convenient and accurate;

(8) The instrument can provide a low-viscosity test option "No. 0 rotor" to accurately test the viscosity value in the range of 0.1~100MPa.s;

(9) The temperature probe can be selected to measure the temperature of the tested sample in real time, and the temperature measurement accuracy is 0.1°C;

(10) RS232 interface (or optional USB2.0 interface), which can output data and connect external devices;

     In addition, data processing software is standard, which can record the change of sample viscosity with time, rotational speed or rotor (shear rate) and temperature in real time, which provides a good analytical method for understanding the viscosity and rheological properties of non-Newtonian liquids.

It is widely used in the production industry and scientific research units of oil, paint, coating, slurry, textile, food, adhesive, cosmetics, hot melt adhesive, asphalt and other fluids and semi-fluids. With the advantages of accurate, fast, intuitive and simple measurement, the instrument has been selected by customers in various industries.
