Overview

LKNB-22016A portable inverter magnetic particle flaw Detector is battery-powered, with AC and inverter functions, easy to operate; And it has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight and easy to carry. The instrument adds a battery level indication function, which is convenient for users to observe the battery level and charge it in time. This instrument is suitable for magnetic particle flaw detection of surface and near-surface defects of various steel structural parts, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and various types of welded structures in electric power, petroleum, chemical, machinery and other industries. Due to the use of battery power supply, it is especially suitable for magnetic particle flaw detection of the internal structure of high-altitude work, boiler and pressure vessel, which saves the trouble of setting up AC power supply during work and improves the safety factor during work.

The instrument meets the standard requirements of JB/T7411-94 "Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector".

Features

1. AC: The probe is directly connected to the AC220V power supply for flaw detection.

2. Inverter: LKNB-22016 inverter magnetic particle flaw Detector host is connected to the yoke probe, and the inverter flaw detection effect is the same as that of AC flaw detection.

3. The power supply has the functions of overcharge, over-current, over-discharge and over-temperature protection to prevent accidental damage, and the forced recharge function can display the battery power in real time.

4. When the lifting force is insufficient, it will be automatically identified and automatically powered off to ensure the sensitivity of flaw detection.

5. The excitation current of the instrument is controlled by a built-in computer program. The computer will automatically identify the no-load, start, and control through frequency conversion to prevent overload and smooth soft start, so as to avoid overload and electrical shock operation of the instrument.

6. LED lighting: the white illumination on the surface of the workpiece is not less than 2000Lux, and it will be automatically lit when working.
