Introduction

Bozhen BZ-10-12 box-type muffle furnace adopts overall design and user-friendly menu design, adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, LCD high-brightness wide-window digital display, and the indication value is clear and intuitive. It has the function of timing when starting up or when the constant temperature is reached after reaching the set temperature. Microcomputer intelligent control solves problems such as temperature overshoot, and the temperature control effect is very good. After setting the temperature, the instrument controls the heating output by itself, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. Fault sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating output.       

Features

Bozhen BZ-10-12 box-type muffle furnace adopts domestic (CN) professional technology. The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate after folding and welding. The control box and the furnace body are integrated. Beautiful appearance, avoiding the cumbersome installation of customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The helical heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is passed through the upper, lower, left and right wire grooves of the inner furnace lining. Heat up and down and side to side. The inside of the furnace is a sealed structure, and the insulation layer is built with refractory fiber aluminum silicate wool and diatomite products between the inner furnace and the furnace shell.

Furnace structure and materials

Furnace shell material: the outer box shell is made of high-quality cold plate, which is treated with phosphoric acid film salt and sprayed at high temperature, and the color is computer gray;

Furnace material: high-aluminum liner is adopted, which has good wear resistance and heats up, down, left, and right sides of the high-temperature furnace;
