Structural

1. The box has a studio for placing the sample, there is a sample shelf in the studio, the sample can be placed on it for drying, if the sample is larger, the shelf can be removed, there is a considerable thickness of insulation between the studio and enclosure, and the glass fiber is used as the insulation material.

2. There is a glass door in the door for observing the situation in the studio.

3. Opening the exhaust valve can change the air in the studio and obtain freshness, and it can also be connected to the exhaust gas duct to make the indoor air not affected.

4. The temperature is automatically controlled by the digital display controller PID, and the thermometer, relay and all electrical control equipment are installed in the control layer on the side of the box, and the control layer has a side door that can be removed for inspection or repair of the line.

5. Over-temperature alarm device, when the thermostat is over-temperature or out of control, the buzzer alarm reminds the user to cut off the power supply and eliminate the fault, which can avoid unnecessary losses and troubles.
