Features

Based on the Leeb hardness measurement principle, a wide range of metal materials can be inspected.

High-contrast segment LCD display, simple and convenient operation.

One main unit can be equipped with 6 different impact devices.

The "Steel" material is supported, and when the "Forged Steel" specimen is tested with a D/DC type impact device, the HB value can be read directly, eliminating the need to manually check the table.

It has the function of calibration of the indicator software.

It can store up to 100 groups (32~1 impact times) hardness measurement data, and each group of data includes a single measurement value, average value, impact direction, times, material, hardness system and other information.

There is a battery remaining indicator icon on the display to show the remaining battery level in real time.

It has a high-brightness EL backlit display, which is convenient for use in low-light environments.

Equipped with microcomputer software (optional configuration), it has rich functions such as transmitting measurement results, measuring value storage management, measuring value statistical analysis, printing measurement value report, and setting instrument parameters in batches to meet the higher requirements of quality assurance activities and management.

The power supply adopts 2 AA (No. 5) size ordinary alkaline batteries, which can work continuously for no less than 100h, and has power-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown.
