1. Select an appropriate blisk and screw it to the mixing shaft.
2. Loosen the lifting locking handle, adjust the height position of the blisk and the bottom of the mixing drum (positioning ring can be used for positioning), and then raise the mixing shaft to facilitate feeding and placing the mixing drum.
3. Use the Y-shaped holder to position and fix the mixing drum.
4. Lower the mixing shaft to the appropriate position, cover the mixing drum cover, and tighten the lifting locking handle.
5. Make sure there is no contact between the leaf disk and the mixing drum, and then start mixing.
6. After stirring, first lower the stirring speed appropriately and then press the stop button.
7. After each operation of the SFJ-400 multi-purpose sanding, dispersing and stirring machine, please clean and maintain the leaf disc, mixing drum and host equipment in time for subsequent use.
1. The speed of the stirring shaft is controlled by the speed regulating knob on the frequency converter (clockwise rotation is acceleration); before starting the rotation of the stirring shaft, please confirm that the speed is at a low speed (to avoid rising too fast and causing the material liquid to splash). Then use the speed knob to adjust the speed to the appropriate position.
2. The inverter parameters have been set before leaving the factory, please do not change them at will.
3. Before stopping stirring, it is advisable to lower the stirring speed appropriately and then press the stop button. This can avoid liquid flying due to too fast increase in speed when starting next time.
