MODERNER QSFJ-0.7 pneumatic single-axis multi-purpose machine has two functions of dispersion and stirring. The equipment uses pneumatic components and is suitable for explosion-proof laboratories. The QSFJ-0.7 pneumatic single-axis multi-purpose machine is equipped with dispersing blades and can adapt to different test requirements in the laboratory. Manual components are used to control lifting and rotation, making the operation easy and light.
1. The QSFJ-0.7 pneumatic single-axis multi-purpose machine adopts manual lifting. Release the brake handle and it can be easily lifted up and down.
2. Use a pneumatic motor and control the shaft speed by adjusting the motor valve.
3. The sanding blades and dispersing blades are directly connected to the rotating shaft with threads.
1. Fix the selected dispersing blade and the main shaft when using it.
2. Adjust the height position of the spindle and the container, clamp the container, and close the container lid.
3. When using, open the air source valve, and then adjust the speed to the required speed; when shutting down, first reduce the speed to zero, then close the air source.
4. Connect the air source to the interface of the air source valve, and then adjust the pressure on the oil-water separator to 0.6MPa.
5. Turn the motor valve on the air inlet of the pneumatic motor to adjust the motor speed.
6. Loosen the brake handle, lift it up and down to the required position, and then lock the brake handle before turning on the machine. (The lifting speed should not be too fast to avoid damaging the machine.)
7. When the dispersing blades are not installed, it is not advisable to run the machine empty when the speed is greater than 3000r/min, otherwise the main shaft will be easily damaged.
