Introduction

Shenyang Kejing VTC-200P vacuum homogenizer is suitable for surface coating processes such as semiconductors, crystals, optical discs, and plate making. This machine can be used for the preparation of coating films with strong acid and strong alkaline coating solutions.

Features

 1. The speed of the two-stage program is controlled.  

 2. Vacuum adsorption method fixed sample, easy to operate.  

 3. The maximum vacuum degree can reach -0.08MPa.  

 4. The sample can be easily placed in the center position by using the positioning tool to reduce the vibration or flyer caused by eccentricity.  

 5. Different suction cups can be used according to the sample specifications, and the replacement is convenient and simple.  

 6. The motor starts quickly and stably, which can ensure the consistency and uniformity of the coating thickness.  

 7. The machine can be used in the glove box, but the control part and the Vacuum Pump need to be placed outside the box.
