Introduction

MODERNERal frame type 50/100/150/200 small frame type preparer has three groove widths: 45mm/58mm/100mm, and the prepared wet film thickness is 50 μm, 100 μm, 150 μm, and 200 μm. The frame-type 50/100/150/200 small frame-type preparer is used to coat wet films of specific thickness. It is suitable for preparing samples, measuring color or hiding power and other properties. The frame-type is easy to clean.

Steps

1) Place the sample on the platform and fix it, ensuring that the frame-type 50/100/150/200 small-frame Applicator cannot move when it slides over.

2) According to the experimental requirements, select a small Frame Applicator with appropriate wet film thickness and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the 50/100/150/200 small frame Applicator.

4) Press both ends of the preparer with your fingers and slide it at a constant speed of 150 ml/second to obtain a wet film of the required thickness.

5) After use, the preparer should be cleaned immediately with a suitable solvent and coated with oil or petroleum jelly.

Materials and hardness values

Frame 50/100/150/200 small frame preppers are made of stainless steel. The hardness of the preparer reaches HRC48±2.
