Introduction

Xiongfa XF-02 (stainless steel) Hall velocity meter is a loose density Tester made of brass, which is based on the determination of the fluidity of metal powder according to GB1482-2010-T [standard funnel method (Hall velocity meter instead of GB1479-84, GB1482-84 standard specification production. It is used to test the flow rate and loose density of metallic and non-metallic powders.

Product Structure

1. The funnel (small hole diameter 5.0mm 2.5mm) is made of stainless steel or other materials, and has sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear.

2. Bracket, base and receiver: The bracket is used to fix the funnel. The base is used to mount the bracket and receiver, please adjust it horizontally, firmly and without vibration. Adjust the height of the bracket and secure it with the included wrench to attach the funnel to the bracket. The receiver (stainless steel disc) is placed on the base and is used to collect the powder.
